Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clear communication with senior management and escalate issues effectively
  • Contribute to the development of quality operating systems for new model launches

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Launch and Quality in Manufacturing
  • Dedication to delivering modern luxury experiences and fostering customer trust
  • Embracing challenges, empowering teamwork, and building trust through open communication
  • Experienced in vehicle programme quality and health and safety processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft package elements
  • Assertive, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment
  • Understanding of AGILE methodologies and manufacturing processes
