Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

  • Inspect finished clothing items for defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
  • Ensure all products meet CliffSide London's quality standards before packaging and distribution.
  • Document and report any quality issues to the supervisor.

Printing Operations:

  • Ensure accurate placement and quality of prints on various types of clothing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the printing process or equipment.

Production Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of garments for printing, including cutting, folding, and organizing.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and operational guidelines.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies, such as ink and transfer paper.
  • Assist in ordering and restocking materials as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of materials used and products produced.

Additional Duties:

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide input on ways to improve production processes and product quality.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or production manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with garment printing techniques and equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

£11.00-£13.00 per hour
