Main Contractor works undertaking simple civils and structure operations.

Responsibilities:

Safely manually handle materials.
Know which tool to use for specific job tasks.
Listen to the foreperson's instructions and follow them precisely.
Communicate clearly with other workers and the foreperson through spoken English.
Follow safety rules.
Use hand and power tools without supervision once they have been demonstrated to you by a supervisor or experienced worker.
Hold a CSCS card is desired.
Plant operatives to hold adequate certifications.
