As the Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and eco-friendly store environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience;
  • Manage store inventory and restock as needed;
  • Manage the store's financials, including cash and credit card transactions and inventory tracking;

  • Maintain a clean and organised store environment;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
