Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for financial technology? FINBOURNE is seeking a dynamic Solution Marketer to join our team.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity own and drive solution marketing excellence in rapidly growing, global FinTech.


You'll be responsible for taking complex products and services and presenting them in a way that is easily understood by our target audience.

With your exceptional communication skills, you'll be able to distill key benefits and features into compelling messages that grab attention and drive results.

Whether you're creating marketing materials, presenting to stakeholders, or managing campaigns, you'll always be focused on finding the best way to showcase the unique value of our solutions.

Core Skills/Responsibilities**- Finding and crafting stories to tell in campaigns, on our website, and to our clients to help them understand the benefits of our solutions.

  • Developing and carrying out integrated awareness and demand generation programs that target buyer personas and deliver on key goals including awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Helping with the creation and curation of topics and agendas for a variety of events including prospect roundtables, client events and industry speaking opportunities.
  • Communicating the value of our solutions by creating a variety of collateral that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Engaging with partners (vendor, consultant and industry) to generate relevant 3rd party content for marketing promotion.
  • Aiding with creation of market reports and other thought leadership, including whitepapers and blog posts.
  • Leveraging domain expertise across the business e.g. interviewing SMEs, to produce and write external content, including case studies.

About You

  • Have 37 years experience in a product/solution marketingrelated position at a FinTech/B2B SaaS company.
  • Have experience researching and generating a wide variety of content for use across multiple channels.
  • Have the ability to simplify intricate and complex ideas into clear, easily understood key concepts.
  • Have experience marketing products to diverse technology buyer personas across C-Suite and technologists.
  • Are passionate about owning and driving solution marketing.
