    Your Purpose

As a Operational Support Executive you'll implement key back office processes and administrative support to our On Trade ( Sales) Teams.- We operate a hybrid working model so, 3 days a week at home and 2 in the office. Building relationships will be your strength as well as the above, you'll collaboratively and efficiently with a broad range of stakeholders and back-office functions up to and including the Leadership Team, you'll highlight areas / processes to be reviewed and work closely with the Operations Manager on project work and continuous improvement.- You'll be flexible in your responsibilities as on occasion you may be required to take on other tasks including, the collating of data for customer allergen requests, forum organisation and support the Sales Assistant Operations Manager with hospitality requests.
