Job Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Business Transformation Consultant with a solid background in social housing. The perfect candidate will have an in-depth comprehension of the social housing sector and showcase proficiency in spearheading transformative endeavors that elevate operational efficiencies, enhance service delivery, and foster sustainable growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven history of effectively leading change in complex environments.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute business transformation projects within the social housing sector, from inception to implementation.
  • Perform thorough assessments of existing business processes, systems, and structures to pinpoint areas for enhancements.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to simplify operations, optimize resource allocation, and enrich service delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to collect requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making and to evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Offer expert advice on optimal practices in social housing management and back the adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and meetings to involve and empower staff during the transformation journey.
  • Monitor project advancement, handle risks, and guarantee timely completion of project milestones and goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Housing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, with a significant focus on social housing.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively leading and delivering transformation projects in the social housing sector.
  • Solid understanding of social housing policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Adept at working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the social housing sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and technologies utilized in social housing management.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage.
