In this role, you'll:
Lead and manage a team of fire engineers , ensuring efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide expert technical guidance on complex fire safety issues , mitigating risk and ensuring building compliance.
Take ownership of fire engineering projects , from initial design to completion, overseeing quality and accuracy.

Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust fire engineering strategy , aligning with building regulations and industry standards.

Stay up-to-date on the latest fire engineering technologies and legislation , continuously improving fire safety practices.
Mentor and develop the skills of your team , fostering a culture of excellence in fire safety.
Contribute to business development by showcasing your expertise and building strong client relationships.
To excel in this role, you'll possess:

Minimum 10 years' experience as a fire engineer in the construction industry, with a proven track record of success.

Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a specialization in fire engineering is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation, building regulations, and relevant fire design codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A collaborative and results-oriented approach, with a passion for fire safety.
