We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Assistant to join me in the banking industry. In this role, you will working on Business Analyst and PMO tasks for a successful delivery of IT projects.

You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including gathering and analysing data, tracking project progress, and providing administrative support to the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist me with the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are tracked and deadlines are met.
  • Perform data analysis and research
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports, including project status updates, risk assessments, and other documentation.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Job Type:
Temporary contract
