Position Purpose
To provide all Residents, Guests and Contractors with exceptional customer service and care; ensuring this is consistent with all.

Presenting a professional and courteous approach as the face of the Collegiate AC brand.


Following all policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of these groups of people, and the building itself.

Ensuring all procedures and checklists are completed in a timely manner.

5 Key Deliverables


Ensuring all Residents, Guests and Contractors receive a warm welcome to the building, presenting a professional and courteous approach as the face of the business.

Ensure all Safety procedures and rules are adhered to and complied with.

Report all issues of compliance to the General Manager

Ensure any incidents, accidents and near misses are reported and recorded correctly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities


To provide all of our Residents, Guests and Contractors, with exceptional Customer Service and Care, ensuring they receive prompt attention and assistance.

Keeping Residents up to date with developments concerning enquiries/complaints they have made

Completing all shift procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Responding to or redirecting all Tenant Enquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all necessary documents are present and correct for all Residents
  • Ensuring Instalments are paid, highlighting instances of non/delayed payments to the Assistant Accommodation Manager
  • Managing the Tenancy Waiting List
  • Managing the Viewings Diary
  • Logging Maintenance Issues
  • Managing the Post Room
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of Resident Events
Give a comprehensive handover at the end of each shift and complete the handover document.

Be proactive in upselling and promoting all aspects of the business, including but not limited to:

  • Upselling Lifestyle and Cleaning Packs
  • Promoting inhouse Events
  • Promoting the National Student Housing Survey
  • Promoting any charitable events Tower are taking part in
Actively participating in ensuring the company meets all of its business KPI's

Be vigilant and aware regarding all Health & Safety issues.


Work closely with all departments to ensure excellent communication amongst all areas; be proactive and willing to assist other departments when the business requires.

Have a desire and ability to improve your own knowledge and abilities through on-going training, and undertake all mandatory online trainings as required (e.g. fire aid, health and safety, GDPR)

Work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries
