- The company is keen to connect with individuals with a background in compliance or paraplanning to be part of their team during this period of business expansion.
- Our client is an FCA-regulated IFA Network that has been in operation since 2002, providing support to a network of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and IFA businesses across the UK.
- They are currently looking for a Compliance Support Supervisor to join the team and assist IFA Members with their financial advice and compliance queries.
- In this role, you will be responsible for offering financial advice and compliance support to Members on technical issues and best practices. Regular communication and consultation with Members in a supervisory and supportive capacity will be key.
- Daily tasks include managing the compliance mailbox within specified timescales and conducting compliance checks on client-facing content such as websites, blogs, and social media posts.
- In addition to this, your skills and knowledge will be utilized to update existing Member guidance and develop new resources.
- The position is a Hybrid role, with access to an on-site office Gym.
