We are looking for a Yard Forklift Driver to join us immediately to work on our brand new contract for a leading British retailer.

Pay:£11.12 p/h

Shifts:Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm

Joining bonuses to be paid in the New Year for new employees joining AMFRESH
You will be responsible for;

  • Assisting with the delivery, transportation and storage of trays across the site
  • Receiving deliveries via container, van, refrigerated or curtain sided vehicles, ensuring non contamination
  • Assisting with other Yard duties ie delivery of pallets on flat bed trailers and the loading of collections (fruit/packaging)
  • Maintaining truck checks every day in accordance with related SOP's
  • Ensuring that all product safety and quality related issues are dealt with and reported to the line manager
  • Please note that when production begins on 29_th _December, we will run shifts every day including New Years Eve, New Years Day, and weekends all through to Friday 5_th_ January. At this point, you will revert to Monday
  • Friday._

  • Previous experience of working in FMCG/Food Industry
  • Team player
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • Good level of speaking, writing and reading English (essential)
  • Indate Counterbalance license and experience operating (essential)
  • Experience of working in a Yard would be ideal
