We are looking for a
College Services Advisor to join our team.


The College Services team at the University of Brighton International College plays a vital role in covering all aspects of student support from welcoming them to the College to registering at their chosen university.

The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing and support, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance, and administration.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Support Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.


What you'll bring to the role

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in working in education and in particular international students.
  • Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel.

Located in the vibrant, coastal city of Brighton, 50 minutes by train from London, the University of Brighton International College (UBIC) is a friendly, supportive college environment, operating across two sites, in partnership with the University of Brighton.

UBIC's team of teachers and College Services staff collaborate closely and work hard to ensure students transition both personally and academically to life in the UK.

Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds, from over 50 different nationalities.

Our key aim is to integrate students into the University community from day one, and welcome them to become part of a diverse, friendly community at the college, where they can successfully progress to a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the end of their programme with us.

Located in the heart of the Moulsecoomb campus, UBIC work in close partnership with the University of Brighton to ensure the success of our students during their programme at UBIC, as well as on their degree course and into their professional careers beyond study.
