Event Security Officer

Qualifications:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisors licence
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Good driving record
  • Driver's License (not essential)
  • Customer service oriented, positive attitude, good listening skills, detail oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others and write legibly
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time in a nonclimatecontrolled environment (indoor environment)

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all state and federal regulations for security, reporting, and operations (training is provided).
  • Responsible for setting up surveillance equipment and reporting any suspicious activity or persons.
  • Provide security at various events, including concerts, weddings, etc. (training provided).
  • Protect property and personnel by maintaining a secure and welllit building; patrolling property at all times; responding to all alarms; maintaining strict confidentiality of all information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type:

From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
