Wake Night Support Worker

We are currently seeking a team of Complex Care Support Workers, to work night shifts, supporting our 10 year old client to live in the comfort and safety of their home in Hove.


This role will involve supporting the client with their night time needs, administering medication, oral and nasal suctioning, ventilator care, assisting with enteral feeding, providing personal care and assisting with any clinical intervention that is required overnight.


  • Someone who interacts well with younger clients and has a passion for caring for children.
  • Someone who is attentive and patient.
  • Someone who remains calm and collected and deals well with new environments.

The hours:

Our client requires night support from 22:00 to 08:00am.

All evenings are currently available and there will be the expectation to work one weekend in four to ensure fairness throughout the night team.

Requirements:

  • Previous paid care experience of 3 months full time caring for clients with complex needs within the UK.
