We're Hiring: Senior Data Analyst

Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst where you will be responsible for transforming data into valuable insights to drive business decisions.

We are seeking a dedicated **Data Analyst with expertise in the pharmaceutical sector** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in DATA Preparation for submissions to FDA or MHRA, so prior experience in this area is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to understand data requirements
  • Extract data from various sources and conduct thorough data profiling
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Create bus matrices, proof of concepts, and source mapping documents
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, and others for data visualization
  • Utilize Jira for backlog management
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel, databases (Redshift, Oracle, etc.), and programming languages such as Python and R
  • Strong SQL querying abilities for data profiling and analysis
  • Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Modeling
  • Familiarity with tools like SNOWFLAKE and Starburst for Data Visualization
  • Exposure to IT Project Lifecycle
  • Background in Finance or Life Sciences
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and BI tools like Power BI or MicroStrategy
  • Experience in generating skeleton records and data loading
