This is a full-time position and is based on-site at the hotel.

Position:
Head Host


As a Head Host, you will be responsible to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the host team and the restaurant reservation systems.

You will be responsible to support the General Manager - Restaurant into the daily running of the venue, in service and operation, while monitoring and engaging with the service on the floor.

To ensure the correct procedures are constantly followed. Liaise with security to ensure a safe and pleasant environment is kept for our guests while managing queue.

About you

  • Proven experience in supervisory/management experience in a similar type of establishment
  • Effective leadership experience

  • Proficiency in booking systems, SevenRooms and OpenTable.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
