Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Allocation of cash receipts and payments against sales and purchase ledgers and the month end reconciliations of these accounts
  • Processing of foreign payment run entries
  • Processing and controlling of fixed asset accounting and the month end reconciliations of these accounts
  • Organising and ensuring robust fixed asset audit processes within the business
  • Monitoring and controlling month end accruals and prepayments and ensuring complete reconciliation processes are in place
  • Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
  • Review and post credit card and travel transactions
  • Reviewing monthly inventory count
  • Review and post intercompany recharges
  • Preparation of National Statistic forms
  • Assisting with PSA
  • Providing cover for purchase ledger
  • Providing cover for preparation of the VAT return
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Job Types:
