As a Fitness Duty Manager, you will oversee the fitness programs, manage personal trainers, and contribute to our healthy communities strategy. Your duties will involve keyholder responsibilities, admin tasks, and ensuring the fitness suite meets high standards. While certain qualifications are preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate. Continuous learning and development opportunities are available in both fitness and managerial areas. Collaborate with the center's management team under the direct leadership of the General Manager.

Previous supervisory experience in a leisure facility is advantageous. You should be passionate about the fitness industry, possess excellent organizational and people skills, and be adept at balancing training delivery with long-term planning. Represent Places Leisure with motivation, taking charge of team leadership and daily operations. Flexibility is key, as the role may require working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
