The Women's Health and Paediatrics Quality and Safety (Q&S) Team are looking for a motivated, forward thinking and innovative team member to assist with the divisional Quality and Safety priorities.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to work as part of the Women's Health and Paediatrics Q&S Team.

This posisition will play a critical role in the coordination and support needed to deliver effective Q&S initiatives across the Division.

This role will provide high quality administration to the team working in a fast paced office.


Responsibilities will include the smooth running of the office including arranging meetings, supporting writing of letters to families, accurate diary and tracker management and recording meeting minutes and actions across the Division.


The post holder will have effective organisational, extensive IT and time management skills which will be used to support the team in meeting deadlines.
