Our client, a prominent investment bank, offers a wide range of banking, asset management, and wealth management services. Operating across key financial hubs worldwide, they oversee a substantial £60 billion in funds on a global scale. They are currently looking to expand their Direct Lending (LevFin) Team and are in search of an enthusiastic Vice President to strengthen their workforce. In this role, you will primarily focus on the Benelux region, making proficiency in Dutch a crucial requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in originating and executing direct lending deals within the Benelux region.
  • Develop management presentations, marketing materials, and carry out company research.
  • Create and manage financial models, encompassing DCF and LBO models.
  • Provide continuous assistance in nurturing client and business partner relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to enhance the growth of the Benelux portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Hold an International Bachelor's/Master's/University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Possess a background in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in financial modeling, with a successful history in M&A/Corporate Finance transactions.
  • Essential fluency in Dutch, while proficiency in French would be advantageous.
