Job description
Our goal is to provide high-quality care to service users and their families in their own homes, in accordance with their support plan.
JOB ROLE
Personal Care:
- Personal hygiene maintenance
- Support with getting up from or into bed and getting dressed or undressed
- Assistance with using the bathroom and toileting
- Bedbaths, showering and baths
- Maintaining personal hygine/appearance
- Oral care/ Hair care
- Choosing and looking after clothes
- Assistance with shaving and shaving
- Assistance in bed/ repositioning
- Change bedding
Domestic help
- Tidying and maintaining the home
- Vacuuming and dusting
- Emptying the rubbish
- Washing up after meals
- Laundry at home or at the launderette and ironing
- Writing out shopping lists
- Looking after pets/dog walking
- Changing and washing bed linen
- Light gardening
- Assisting with shopping
