Senior Reliability Characterisation Engineer

Our innovative expanding client is currently searching for a Senior Reliability Characterisation Engineer to plan and execute device level reliability qualification programs within the company.

The role will involve interfacing between the emerging technology and operations teams, and to develop methods for device level reliability internally and to external customers.

Aligning the qualification roadmap to existing standards will be an important part of the role.

Required skills for the Senior Reliability Characterisation Engineer will include:

Strong device physics backgroundnSemiconductor reliability knowledge and experiencenKnowledge of semiconductor standards (JEDEC)nStrong communication skillsnDegree level qualification (Maths, Physics or Engineering) or equivalent
