We are recruiting for a
Recruitment and Training Assistant to support the Food and Beverage department with providing fun and engaging rotational on-the-job training as well as supporting with recruitment related duties.
What's in it for you?
You will be working up to 40 hours per week, with a salary of
£25,500 per year.
Your regular schedule will be Monday to Friday, however, there will be a need for some evenings and weekends to support with our events.

What does this role entail?:
- Ensuring the implementation of frontline employees' awareness of their role and responsibilities by communicating key operating standards in Food Safety and Health & Safety.
- Upskilling our team by delivering a rotational training programme in operational excellence within both onthejob and classroom environments.
- Communicating with the management team to discover training needs and key areas of improvement across the department.
- Continuously recording training completions and adhering to Food Safety qualification renewal requirements throughout each operational season.
- Assisting with delivering departmental inductions for new starters, allowing a smooth introduction into the business.
- Facilitating frontline interviews during recruitment events.
- Attending internal and external recruitment events, building up a strong network within the local area.
What is required for this role?:
- Full drivers' license
- Leadership qualities and the ability to engage with a group of trainees.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
- A keen interest in the development of others, devoting time to their skills and helping them achieve operational excellence within their role against requirements.
- The ability to establish and prioritise goals, demonstrating a sense of urgency where required.
- Prior knowledge of Food and Beverage, Hospitality or Theme Park sectors and an understanding of the operational skills desired for this department.
- A positive cando attitude along with being approachable and showing willingness to support the department from a supporting function.
- Prior Recruitment or Training experience is desirable.
