Do you want to make a difference to our customer experience?, Do you like change?, How does enabling Hanson to adopt new digital tech sound? In the change team, we are tasked with turning change projects into reality, and right now the topic is Digital.

To deliver successful change, we need Change Enabler's. People who can unlock doors and get things over the line when needed. As a Change Enabler, the activities will come thick and fast.

You will likely be one of the first in Hanson to see, try and demonstrate new digital products, features and upgrades.

Working with the other change team members, you will turn change into a reality and then be ready for the next new and shiny product, feature or upgrade.

The work is fast paced, pressurised and you will come up against change resistance, its natural. As a Change Enabler, you find the words, methods and supporters to combat the resistance. When all is said and done, you can be proud to say, I did that, and celebrate When did that last happen for you?

Description of Team / Department:

Change Management - Corporate services somewhere between Hanson UKIT, each business line, Heidelberg's HDigital team and our customers.

Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role:
To understand and demonstrate the impacts of change (the value we can expect from the change & the effort needed to make the change)
To create effective change management plans to implement change (The right change plan to unlock the value and ensure the change remains a business as usual activity)
To deliver successful change projects. (Adapt the plan as needed, find ways to get over the hurdles, manage resources appropriately and achieve deadlines.)
To learn and share best practice locally, nationally and globally. (Complete post change reviews, share learnings and maintain appropriate records of change.)

Skills / Experience:

You will understand or willing to spend own time understanding the theory of change concepts.

Be up to date with our current customer service processes (the good and the bad), our existing tools (SAP essential) and have a passion for improving the customer experience.

Excellent communicator, prepared to host calls with large groups including senior stakeholders, and own it.
Produce clear and concise documentation to support change activities (Powerpoint, Excel, Videos, Podcasts, Project and MIRO boards)
