- Duties:_
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional events
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote and sell products to customers
- Qualifications:_
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic technical knowledge or interest in technical sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business or sales is a plus
