Role: Senior Share Plans Specialist

The Global Reward team plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining reward structures that attract top talent, motivate them to drive our Group's strategy, and ensure their retention.

The Senior Share Plans Specialist collaborates with the Senior Share Plans Manager, managing the Company's share plans lifecycle, from grant to release activities, plan communications, participant assistance, to internal coordination with relevant departments.

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for Sharesave monthly contribution reconciliations and payment files
  • Support year-end share plan reporting in operational countries
  • Manage tax withholding process post-releases and option exercises
  • Administer all share plan grants and vests efficiently and accurately
  • Aid in enhancing administrative processes
  • Coordinate Sharesave scheme launch and maturity globally
  • Handle the issuance of share-based incentive programs
  • Address queries from participants and internal stakeholders
  • Produce both ad-hoc and scheduled reports
  • Assist in financial teams' year-end reporting and audit obligations
  • Manage payments and share movements

Competencies required:

  • Efficient workload management and prioritization
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and v lookups
  • Skilled at building strong internal and external relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and trustworthy
  • Ability to present effectively

Ideal candidate:

  • 4+ years in share plans
  • 1+ year in-house at an issuer
  • Preferably ICSA Share Plans certification
