We are looking for a dedicated HV Engineer Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our customers.

The Engineer Trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and conducting training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electrical transmission and Distribution industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentorship.

Assess training needs and develop curriculum to address skill gaps and development areas.

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for engineers, both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to engineers to support their professional development.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in engineering training and development.
An electrical engineering qualification and/or proven experience in the T&D industry.

  • Experience with developing staff through training and/or mentoring.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Certification in training or instructional design would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience of working in the T&D industry in relation to operational, protection or design engineering would be an advantage.
