We are looking for a Finance Apprentice to be a part of the Elite in the Finance Collections Industry.

The Finance Apprentice will assist with the processing consumer/solicitor payments and remitting funds to clients, and the reconciliation of these postings to bank accounts and the accounting system (Oracle NetSuite).

Full training will be given and you can qualify for an AAT accredited qualification, funded by us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily posting of consumer/solicitor payments to Debt Manager/Orca databases for UK and German entities.
  • Process periodic client remit payments according to SLAs for UK, Australian, Irish and German entities.
  • Complete daily bank and funding sheet reconciliations of client trust bank accounts for UK, Australian, Irish and German entities.
  • Maintain Unallocated (Suspense) and Overpayments Logs and reconcile to bank accounts and NetSuite for UK and German entities.
  • Meet the goals and objectives as set out by Management.
  • Ad hoc projects and assignments as allocated by the Payment Processing Manager, Global Finance Director or Global CFO.
