C. Why You?**As a Talent of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous, & exquisite.


As Reservations Supervisor, you will report to the Revenue and Reservations Manager, and work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Operations, and Front Office & Guest Relationship Manager.

Responsible for ensuring that the Reservations Team achieves or exceeds monthly sales.

You will also ensure that our guests enjoy exceptional customer service and memorable experiences when visiting Broadwick Soho by providing effective guest service, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing reservation procedures, and assisting the Revenue and Reservations Manager with coaching team members to succeed in their role.


As our Reservations Supervisor, you will contribute to the growth of the accommodation and food & beverage business, maximising occupancy, and revenue, through pro-active selling and effectively converting enquiries into sales.


You will work with brilliant talents across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.


D. What do we need from you?**- Work experience within the hospitality sector.

  • Previous work experience within Front Office, Guest Relations, or Reservation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Computer Skills
  • Mathematical Reasoning
  • Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Advocate for teamwork.
  • Ability to organise large workloads effectively.

The Reservations Supervisor is required to be based in London full-time. Flexible working conditions can be arranged post-hotel launch. The reservations Sales Supervisor will occasionally work weekends and varied hours based on business needs and reservations opening hours.
