About the Role

As our IT Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all IT-related matters, providing essential support to our daily operations. From handling IT admin tasks to assisting with hardware issues and offering first-line support, you'll be an integral part of our 140-strong team. Utilizing a ticketing system, you'll ensure seamless support for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT concerns
  • Ensure swift resolution of technical queries
  • Promptly address tickets and emails
  • Offer remote support and guidance to users
  • Accurately document support activities
  • Assist in IT projects and upgrades
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar IT role
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with networking principles and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
