About Our Client:


Our Client is a fantastic NHS provider who are looking for a part time admin support on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Booking and management of appointments
  • Working alongside the Admin Team to provide excellent administrative support
  • Ensuring all clinical correspondence is dealt with
  • General office duties including filing, faxing, photocopying and reception duties
  • Planning, prioritising and organising all relevant workloads
  • Respond and deal with all correspondence in a timely manner

The Successful Applicant:

  • Have experience in a busy front facing environment
  • Computer literate including have experience using Microsoft programmes
  • Have experience of dealing with GDPR
  • Be able to think on their feet and act quickly and effectively
  • Be professional and organised
