IT Operationsn· Ensure the Group's IT operations are secure and run smoothly on a day-to-day basisn· Ensure operational resilience through IT risk management and governancen· Harden the Group's IT infrastructure & operations to minimise the risk & impact of a cyber attackn· Purchase efficient and cost effective technological systems, equipment & software that meet the needs of the businessn· Implement and embed Group IT policies, procedures and systems to meet business objectivesn· Work with subsidiary companies to ensure local IT support is at the right capability level, establishing approval and change processes where requiredn· Manage the Group IT budgetn· Ensure IT initiatives and projects are implemented within agreed timescales and budgets

  • A proven track record in strategic planning and hands on experience in implementing and managing large scale, multi-site ITn
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specificationsn
  • Good technical understanding of computer infrastructure, systems, networksn
  • A thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 applicationsn
  • Basic understanding of MVC, C# , Angular front, MSSQL Database and Redis)n
