Job Summary
This role will be recruited in anticipation of Contract Award.
The FAS contract will broaden assessment delivery for Maximus from WCA and Specialist Benefits to include PIP assessments. The PIP Clinical Lead will initially support mobilisation of the FAS contract and then ongoing the contract delivery.
This is a seniorclinical role within a region that will champion implementation of the Assessment Quality Management Plan and be the role model for developing Quality Standards through coaching, guidance, safeguarding and audit assurance.
Salary range:
Non London - £56,000 to £61,000
London - £61,000 to £66,000
Essential Job Duties
- Ensure CSLs and HPs understand the quality standards
- Liaise with Head of Quality PIP to understand quality standards required
- Responsible for delivering the quality assurance program in their operational area including managing head of work of formal audit
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to the clinical quality assurance process
- Performs clinical audit and case reviews as required
- Coaches and monitors CSL and HP in their case review and audit performance
- Collates local quality data to report to head of quality PIP to drive continuous improvement
Education and Experience Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience as an approved PIP assessor with demonstrable high quality and ability to deliver to performance standard
- Trained auditor
- Trained to understand Paper Based Assessments and Consultations
- Stage 3 Training Supervisor
- Experience of effective collaboration to deliver common goals
- Understanding of PIP clinical policy
- Experience of sharing best practice
