The Company:

Our client is a renowned company in the manufacturing and production industry. Operating worldwide, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers. As a Production Operative, you will be part of a team that plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth running of their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake production tasks as directed by the supervisory team.
  • Operate machinery and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
  • Prepare recipes and handle raw meats, ensuring proper hygiene practices.
  • Monitor the production process, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Assemble and package products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
  • Must be comfortable preparing recipes and handling raw meats.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

  • Job Type: Temp to Perm
  • Monday - Thursday
  • Working Pattern: Full Time
