As Receptionist / Team Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office ensuring they are greeted appropriately and directed as necessary.
You will ensure that all Receptionist tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director and wider Senior Leadership Team where needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, welcoming meet and greet service to our visitors including providing any refreshments
- Answering and screening calls efficiently, taking and delivering messages, and dealing with enquiries in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintaining knowledge of colleague and visitor movements
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Managing stationery and general stock in the office
- General administration including photocopying, scanning, binding and filing
- Producing documents and presentations
- Supporting with expenses
- Booking catering
- Planning and organising team events
In addition you will work collaboratively with the rest of the business to deliver timely and accurate information and ensure that administration is managed effectively.
