An exciting opportunity in the vibrant Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team has arisen for a student counsellor to join the highly effective and supportive counselling service provided through College.

This service is accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (B.A.C.P) and reflects the fact that safeguarding, and wellbeing is an integral part of the College's outstanding support for both 16-19 and adult students.

The Safeguarding and Wellbeing Hub is located at the Leyland campus with highly trained staff that specialise in promoting physical, emotional, and mental health for all our students, including relationships with their peers, and in the online environment, and maintaining the safety for all whilst they are in College.

There are currently up to 13 hours per week during term time (36 weeks) to be split as 2 x 6.5hr working days, specifically on a Wednesday and a Thursday.

This would be a 09:00 -15:30, with 30-minute lunch and 30-minute administration, to allow flexibility around other commitments.
