Role responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network, server, and workstation problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade software and hardware solutions.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents through a ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Educate end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure security and compliance.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates in the IT industry.

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Extensive Google suite expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of MS 365 Office suite.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with OneDrive and SharePoint.
