Role responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network, server, and workstation problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade software and hardware solutions.
- Respond to service requests and incidents through a ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Educate end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure security and compliance.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates in the IT industry.
Role requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Extensive Google suite expertise.
- Strong knowledge of MS 365 Office suite.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with OneDrive and SharePoint.
