We are professional, agile, and our goal is to We are a family run business that has been operating for over 45 years selling car parts to the local community and garages.


Our work environment includes:

The successful candiate will be working as part of a busy family business selling car parts to the local community.

They will be expected to load up 5/6 drops and then deliver these before returning to the shop to receive there next delivery run.


This is initially a temporary role to cover sickness ut had the potential for a more permanent position if a suitable candiate is found.

Initially you would be expected to work 4/5 days a week working an 8 hour day.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a van to transport goods and materials to designated locations
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
  • Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding any delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedule
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and brakes
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
  • Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
