Collaborating across departments and your team,you'll ensure production targets are met and support the continued success of the business. Your responsibilitieswill include but are not limited to:

  • Managing workflow
  • Managing the team,promoting a proactive environment and ensuring the team is motivated.
  • Maintaining records
  • Ensuring policies aremaintained
  • Fostering a safeenvironment at all times, making sure company health, welfare and safetysystems are followed
  • You'll overseematerial availability and check stock levels.
  • Uphold qualityassurance on the production line
  • Organise inspectionsand equipment servicing

What you'll need to succeedBeing familiar with asystem house is crucial, and having experience with SMARTs can beadvantageous. However, an experienced production manager will quickly adaptwith support and training.You will have:

  • Health and Safety WorkAct
  • Proficiency in systemsand software
  • Previously held asimilar role in a similar industry
  • Ability to communicateclearly and motivate, support and foster the team

  • Strong management skills
  • Interpersonal skills
