My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to join their Investor Reporting team to work in their Liverpool based offices on a 6-month contract.

You will be working on-site full-time during training, with the option to move toa hybrid basis afterwards.

Role Description


The Investor Reporting team are responsible for the production, reconciliation and distribution of investor-based reporting that includes Valuations, CTV, CGT, Custody Statements, Cash Statements and Contract Notes.

The role involves supporting clients withthe preparation of production and ensuring all reporting is distributed accurately within regulatory and service level guidelines

The team is made up of 8 individuals in the UK and 4 individuals in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Has strong knowledge and experience of reporting to investors
  • Oversee day to day activities ensuring deadlines are met
  • Prepare management information to demonstrate team performance against service levels
  • Participate and lead client meetings
  • Support the team in the coordination of major production runs
  • Responsible for the quality assurance of production and the products
  • Plan for support the team during periods of absence
  • Ensure procedures and control models are maintained reviewed regularly
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Product Management around product enhancements
  • Communicate with internal departments, clients, and 3rd party vendors
  • Act as a point of escalation and perform root cause analysis of issues
  • Participate in projects as required
  • Any other duties as required

  • Pershing systems knowledge desirable
