Office Administrator to join a well-established business based in Sheffield on a permanent basis.

The role of Office Administrator:

  • To provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Carry out specific administrative support to the team to ensure practices and procedures are compliant
  • Support in the completion of supplier questionnaires
  • Chasing suppliers for firm delivery dates, checking, sending and filing of customer invoices
  • Opening and distributing of post, answering and directing calls received within the office
  • Maintain good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force
  • Assist any walkin customers effectively and professionally
  • Ensure all after sales administration tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently

The ideal Office Administrator:

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills
  • Must have excellent communications skills, including dealing with customers on the phone and face to face when required
  • Good level of I.T. literacy and attention to detail, microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday 8am 4:30pm
  • Friday 8am 3:30pm

Pay
£22k - £24k
