Person Specification You will have a Qualified Teaching Status certificate or equivalent. You will have extensive experience working with students with a range of complex additional needs.At least two years teaching experience post NQT.Understanding of how to work in a child-centred, holistic way. Create interest based learning opportunities linked to students targets.Have detailed knowledge of a trauma informed approach.Following the guidance in each person's individual risk assessment/student plan to support them to manage their anxiety and behaviour in a positive way and to keep them and others safe.Utilise a range of strategies in supporting the range of additional needs we work with.
