As a Senior Manager with a proven track record of running successful teams alongside a 360 desk or client engagement role, you will get the opportunity to shape your business focusing on the Technology market, whilst supporting and developing a teamof eight consultants as well as the wider region in a high-performing and growing business. What can I expect day to day?
As a Senior Manager of a recruitment team, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- New and unique ways to grow your business by developing client relationships in the form of a Client Engagement Manager role within in the Technology sector, as well as working with other Hays divisions for promote and support collaborative working.
- The chance to drive the success of your team by encouraging every individual to reach their full potential
- Work with the management team on new initiatives and projects
- Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position and/or Client Engagement/Business Development within Recruitment, alongside the management of a team
- Passion to succeed and be part of a fastpaced inclusive environment
- People focused with a salesdriven mentality
- Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks
- Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a longlasting career
- Knowledge of the Technology market would be ideal but not essential
