Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking passionate individuals to work as Teaching Assistants in schools across Cardiff.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Providing assistance with lesson planning
  • Classroom management
  • Individual student support
  • Leading small group instruction
  • Onetoone instruction
  • Utilising drama skills to bring the curriculum to life
  • Supporting the teacher in the classroom
  • Making a positive impact on the lives of students


We understand that some of you may not have prior experience in a classroom environment, but don't worry We provide additional training in the form of our in-house TA School, which will teach you all about the life of a TA and what is expected of you.

Wealso offer regular CPD courses to help you develop the skills you need to succeed in this role.


In addition to the rewarding experience of making a positive impact of the lives of students, this role will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills that will benefit you in your future career.


To be considered for this role, you need:

  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate
  • Attend TA School (if applicable)
