As the Global Associate Director (Planning Partnerships), you will oversee the annual development of partnerships with major global digital partners across social, programmatic and audio. For this role you'll be working on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, responding to client requests and working closely with our trusted partners across all Samsung verticals (mobile, audio-visual, domestic etc.).

You will report directly into the Business Director and will be a key member in the team for client communication, market and vendor communication, analysis of spend and data reports, quarterly business reviews as well as overseeing the financial and strategic value utilisation across all partners.

What will you be doing?

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and key vendors, ensuring you're their first port of call
  • Leading high quality day-to-day output on the requests that you manage
  • Supporting your BD to deliver outstanding work every time
  • Delivering operational excellence, including accurate reporting and timely timesheet completion

The Global Digital Deals team (GDD) directly support the Samsung HQ clients based in South Korea, with a focus on developing global strategic and financial value deals.

We work closely with some of the world's largest media vendors including Meta, Google and TikTok, to unlock amazing opportunities across new and never-been-done-before formats, creative, targeting, insights and more, allowing our local markets to develop totally unique campaigns .

What are we looking for?

In order to be successful in this role, you'll have experience working with core vendors and understand why we implement them. In addition to this, we'll prioritize candidates who have the majority of the below skills and experience:

  • Some experience working in a planning and/or activation and/or implementation and/or strategy and/or operational role in a digital agency is a must.
  • Experience working directly with clients in an agency environment, with the ability to politely manage deliverables and share updates.
  • Experience managing and supporting tasks, ensuring all outputs are of a high-quality standard.
  • Expertise in working with large datasets, utilizing pivot tables, creative in segmenting data to find key insights.

This role would really suit someone taking a step up from Senior Manager level, as we're happy to help train the right person for the role.
