Job Description We are looking for a deputy content editor to join our small and friendly team.

The deputy content editor is responsible for assisting our CEO with content for both client projects and our own company communications.

The deputy content editor works closely with all members of the core team, as well as our external partners and clients, to project manage and help oversee the development and progress of these projects.

This means seeing projects through from concept – developing initial client bids and proposals – to ideation and implementation.

The deputy content editor will write, edit and proofread content assets for clients, as well as create and present content production schedules.

The deputy content editor is also responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content. Writing, editing, factchecking and proofreading copy for client print and digital assets. This can range from newspaper custom content and printed journals to online articles, social media and internal comms newsletters
Creating, managing and presenting client editorial calendars, content planners and production schedules
Briefing internal creative team on assets required alongside copy (photographs, graphics etc.) Assisting with brand strategy, research and development
Managing, writing copy and sourcing assets for our company website and external communications (e-newsletters)
Staying up to date with all incoming and outgoing documents to the business and uploading to SharePoint

They will have worked with luxury brands in at least one of the following sectors: lifestyle, hospitality, property, design, travel, architecture, and fashion.

Excellent written and spoken English
English, Journalism etc.
Skilled in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Keynote
Working knowledge of operating a CMS (Squarespace, WordPress)
you will be required to proofread client-facing assets
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly InDesign

Full-Time Salary (possible hybrid working from home one day a week).
