As a Trainee Dog Groomer, you'll deliver the very highest standard of pet care. Your primary responsibility will be the prepping and bathing of pets, as well as clipping their nails in preparation for the Dog Groomer/Salon Manager to carry out the required groom.


We will give you the training, skills, and knowledge to enable you to provide our customers with service that reflects our goals of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'.


  • Experienced ideally in working with or handling pets in a professional grooming or pet care environment (please note that bathing and prepping your own pet does not qualify as professional experience)
  • Qualified having either grooming or pet related qualification would also be beneficial.
  • A great team player who has a real passion for pets.
  • Hungry to be part of a successful salon, you'll be proactive in your approach.
  • Flexible. Due to the nature of working within a busy retail environment, we need you to have the ability to work a flexible shift pattern, across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). You'll be offered a minimum contract of 39 hours, but often required to work more hours to cover busy periods, absence, and holidays.
