The Role
You'll become part of a supportive and dedicated management team providing coaching and mentoring to our biggest Housing Support service in Peterhead.
Reporting to our Branch Leader, you'll lead your service, ensuring the delivery of high quality support and be committed to the continuous improvement of it.
You will also work in partnership with our Service Leads and Lead Practitioners within the branch to ensure consistency and sharing of good practice.
Part of this role will also involve taking on Registered Manager responsibilities too.The Service
Craigewan is a purpose-built facility which is home to 11 individuals with learning disabilities, all living in their own self-contained flats.
As a Service Lead, you'll provide leadership to your team of Lead Practitioners and Support Practitioners ensuring that the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential and live the life that they choose.

Shift patterns
This is an off rota role where shift patterns will usually be worked Monday-Friday, however there may be occasions where we will need you to flexible to work evenings and weekends due to the needs of our services.
