Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating events and activities.
  • Support the team in daytoday administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, plus an understanding of GDPR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Isle of Wight tourism and the hospitality industry is important.
